A minimum of 48 hours' notice must be given when booking a session. 

To cancel/reschedule your booking, a minimum of 24 hours' notice must be given through this website, or via email to either help.medlaunch@gmail.com or the tutor's email address.

Refunds will not be given for missed sessions if the tutee does not cancel/reschedule giving sufficient notice.

There is a small chance your tutor may have to reschedule or cancel your booking. If rescheduling is not done with a minimum of 24 hours' notice, you may request a refund by emailing help.medlaunch@gmail.com . Proof of booking is required.

Our sessions aim to improve your chances of getting an offer for medicine. However, booking one does not necessarily guarantee an interview nor a medical school offer.
